Sources say MICHAEL LOHAN is trying to get a conservatorship for LINDSAY just like the one BRITNEY SPEARS' dad got when she melted down several years ago.

Supposedly, he's going to do this the smart way, by NOT asking to be Lindsay's conservator.  That way, nobody can accuse him of going after her money.

Instead, he'll ask the court to appoint someone to oversee Lindsay's affairs.  But he has one condition:  It can't be Lindsay's mom DINA.

But could Michael ever convince a court that HE knows best?  Lindsay doesn't think so.

She reportedly told friends, quote, "They would have a hard time believing the claims of someone who was investigated for insider trading, arrested for domestic violence multiple times, arrested for assault, has a drunk driving arrest, and has been in and out of jail and prison for years."

Here he goes again:  DONALD TRUMP claims he has some kind of "gigantic" bomb to drop about PRESIDENT OBAMA tomorrow.

Yesterday on his official sounding board, "Fox & Friends", Trump called it, quote, "something very, very big concerning the president of the United States."

He added, quote, "It's going to be very big.  I know one thing, you'll cover it in a very big fashion."

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh Honey Boo Boo

DR. DREW has an interview with HONEY BOO BOO and her mother MAMA JUNE airing TONIGHT on HLN.

In a preview, Honey Boo Boo doesn't seem interested and she even FAKES BEING ASLEEP so she doesn't have to talk to Dr. Drew.  

She also acts out a little . . . "snoring" in Dr. Drew's face, and almost SLAPPING him.

She's only seven years old, and clearly she's getting a little annoyed with all the attention.  At the end of the clip, Dr. Drew asks her if she likes being on TV . . . and she says, quote, "No.  Because fans come up to me and I hate it."
