WHO JUST GOT 4.05 BILLION DOLLARS?!?!?

Disney has announced that they've purchased GEORGE LUCAS' production company, Lucasfilm, for $4.05 BILLION!!!!!

Disney says a SEVENTH "Star Wars" movie is in the works and will be released in 2015.  

It's being referred to as "Star Wars, Episode Seven", so it would follow the events of "Return of the Jedi".

George Lucas will serve as a "creative consultant" on the new "Star Wars" movies, but he won't be writing or directing them.  In a statement, he said, quote, "It's now time for me to pass 'Star Wars' on to a new generation of filmmakers."

3 Weddings....3 Dresses!

"Star" tabloid says MILEY CYRUS and LIAM HEMSWORTH will have THREE weddings!  

One in Los Angeles, one in Miley's home town in Tennessee and one in Liam's home country of Australia.

And she'll wear a different dress at each one.

Take advantage!  You only get married once!  ...or twice!  ...ok, maybe three times!

X Factor RULES!!

The 16 finalists on "X Factor" are living together in a house and it's the same mansion where last year's"American Idol" finalists lived. 

There are some ground rules for the house and TMZ says they've obtained a list of them:

--No indecent exposure.

--No intermingling in the bedrooms. 

--Coasters must be used WITH ALL DRINKS.

--No loud music.

--No physical altercations of any kind.

--No guests.

--Be sensitive to others.

--No drinking or drugs.

--No diving into the pool.  

--No use of fireplaces.

--Make your own bed.

Khloe's debut on X Factor TONIGHT!

And there is drama already planned!

Word has it "X Factor" has hired KIM KARDASHIAN'S first husband - a music producer named Damon Thomas -  to "mentor" the singers.  

Kim and Damon are apparently NOT on good terms . . . and Damon has slammed Kim in a few interviews.  

He once said, quote, "[Kim] can't write or sing or dance, so she does harmful things in order to validate herself in the media."

Word is SIMON COWELL did this ON PURPOSE to create "drama" between Khloe and Damon. 

The Octomom NADYA SULEMAN has checked herself into rehab

She's addicted to the anti-anxiety drug Xanax.

Her rep says, quote, "Nadya wanted to get off the Xanax she was prescribed by her doctor and learn to deal with her stress, exhaustion and anxiety with professional help with a team of doctors.

Nadya checked into the Chapman House rehab clinic over the weekend.  She's expected to be there for 30 days.  She has three nannies, two friends and a driver looking after her 14 kids while she's away.

GEORGE WENDT, who played Norm on "Cheers", was hospitalized Sunday with chest pains.

George who was in Skokie, Illinois to play Oscar Madison in a stage production of "The Odd Couple", is expected to make a full recovery, according to the theater manager.

George is 64 years old.
