Lilo BACK in trouble!

Sources are saying that LINDSAY LOHAN will be charged with LYING TO POLICE after a car accident over the summer.  

Lindsay totaled a Porsche when she ran it into the back of a dump truck in Santa Monica in June.  

When police first interviewed her, she told them her ASSISTANT was driving, which wasn't true.

Supposed law enforcement sources say the Santa Monica City Attorney will file a misdemeanor charge against Lindsay as early as this week.

If that happens, prosecutors in Los Angeles are expected to press the judge to throw Lindsay in JAIL on the probation violation . . . and they want her to spend up to a YEAR behind bars!!!

Recently, there was some speculation that BRITNEY SPEARS would probably NOT return to "X Factor" next season.

The reason - she'd have to accept a pay cut.

Well, Britney says she's game to do another season.  A reporter asked her if she thought she'd be back, and she said, quote, "Yes, I definitely will."

Glitzy the pig is old news!  It's Nugget the chicken in the Boo Boo house!  

Mama June Shannon posted on facebook - "meet Alanas new pet NUGGET,".

According to the Coupon Queen, Nugget "has a outside house too but Alana refuses to let her sleep outside." So Nugget "sleeps inside at night in her inside cage."

Our fingers are crossed Honey Boo Boo gets to keep Nugget forever.

As you'll recall, the pint-sized Georgia beauty queen had to return Glitzy to his breeder after the pig's demands became too much for her and her family.
