JUSTIN BIEBER COLLAPSED during his concert in London last night!!!

With a few songs left to go, Justin started feeling dizzy so he went backstage.  According to reports, he "collapsed."  An emergency medical team gave him oxygen, and suggested that he go to the hospital to get checked out.

But Justin insisted that he, quote, "had to finish the show for his fans."  So, after a break, he returned, performed four songs, got a standing ovation, and then went to the hospital.

Before he came back out, his manager Scooter Braun told the crowd, quote, "Justin got very light of breath.  The whole show he's been complaining.  He's backstage with the EMTs, and the doctor."

Later, Justin Tweeted, quote, "Getting better.  Thanks for everyone pulling me through tonight.  Best fans in the world.  Figuring out what happened.  Thanks for the love."

DEMI MOORE filed a response to ASHTON KUTCHER'S divorce papers, and she wants SPOUSAL SUPPORT.  She's also asking that Ashton pay her legal fees.

According to TMZ, Demi has WAY more money than Ashton.  Although Ashton did make $24 million last year alone, thanks to "Two and a Half Men".

Since Demi is already set for life, it's not likely a judge will award her any support.  But it probably felt good on some level just to petition for it.

Don't worry...Kim is fine

KIM KARDASHIAN was rushed to the hospital Tuesday night because she thought she was having a miscarriage.  But luckily, it was a false alarm. 

The doctor did order her to get some rest, though.  Between work, the stress of her divorce, moving into a new house and the fact that she still works out regularly, Kim is just putting her body through too much.

Kim was on a plane back from Paris when she started feeling severe stomach pains.  A source says, quote, "Kim's not respecting her pregnancy.

"She's running around, working out seven days a week.  She's working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer.

"She's scared that her butt is too big.  But she is having a very rough pregnancy, and doctors have ordered her to slow down."

Don't worry, Kelly is fine too

KELLY OSBOURNE suffered a seizure in front of a live studio audience while taping her show "Fashion Police" yesterday.

Witnesses say Kelly turned to guest host MELISSA RIVERS and said, quote, "I don't feel good" . . . then fell out of her chair to the floor and started shaking.

Melissa went down to the floor to help her and an audience member who happened to be some kind of emergency responder jumped in as well.

Kelly was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital. But it sounds like she's going to be okay.  

JOAN RIVERS, who was also at the taping, told TMZ, quote, "She is fine.  We just saw her."

Even Darius "Don't Call Me Hootie" Rucker LOVES Duck Dynasty!

He got the cast to be in the video for his song "Wagon Wheel".  They were taping it Tuesday in Tennessee, but there's no word when it will be out.

Darius gives due props to his wife for suggesting it.  He said, quote, "My wife came up with the idea to have the 'Duck Dynasty' guys in the video, and I thought we had no chance because they're so busy, so I never even said it out loud.

"Thank God she called my manager because [the cast] took this video to a whole new level.  Big thanks to them.  It was a good time for sure, and I can't wait to see how the video turns out!"
